Impact Technical Publications Illustrate

In Phase 7, we create illustrations that convey the information in the technical publication visually. Phases 6 and 7 usually occur at the same time.

We use:

  • Charts to show data
  • Flow charts to show processes
  • Illustrations to explain concepts and highlight major points
  • Sample screens and reports to show product capabilities

We make sure that technical publications illustrate tasks and concepts that users must understand. Screen and report samples are not a substitute for clear visual explanations.
